Forest School’s Higher Education and Careers Fair

On Thursday 25 January, Year 10 pupils had a great afternoon at Forest School’s Higher Education and Careers Fair. There were over 90 stands each representing a broad range of universities, further education colleges and career inspiration.

Amongst the universities were University of Oxford, University of Nottingham and Durham University. The London Stock Exchange had a stall and there were some interesting alternative options such as gap year study, travel and volunteering information. There was even an author present who gave some pupils signed books for their private reading.

The event was very positive and motivating. There looks to be some very bright futures ahead for the young pupils, with the fair helping to sow seeds of inspiration.
