Junior Duke of Edinburgh Assembly

Year 10 pupils talked to the Juniors in assembly this week about their achievements and hard work with the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme. Pupils talked about how valuable the award is, what they have learned through their experiences volunteering in the community, what new skill they had to undertake and how they have benefitted from physical exercise.

Year 10 showed the Juniors pictures of their expedition route and what they had to carry on their backs throughout their group walk. The Juniors really enjoyed listening to the Senior pupils share their experiences.
