This week Year 4 have been putting on their historian hats to find out about Mayan cities. As part of their topic ‘AD 900’, pupils are learning about the Mayan Empire and began their studies by researching the various remains of Mayan cities. In pairs the pupils completed research and planned their own presentations to teach the rest of the class about their Mayan city. They then shared their information on Wednesday afternoon and discussed some of the similarities between the settlements.
