On Wednesday 25th May, Year 4 visited the Petrie Museum and the British Museum. In the morning, they visited the Petrie museum where they went on a hunt to find certain artefacts and answer questions about them. They could not believe how many items in the museum linked to Ancient Egypt.
In the afternoon, they visited the British Museum and saw their collection of mummies. It was amazing to see just how many were there and all of the different objects that were placed inside their tombs with them. The pupils had a fantastic day and came away with so many new facts to tell their families that evening.
