Year 11 Ninja Warrior UK – Year 11 opted to have their first PE lesson of the year with a twist…Ninja Warrior UK in Watford.
Pupils wanted a team-building and challenging activity to start the year off and what a challenge it was. Miss Barrett and Mrs Moon were challenged by Year 11 to face the ‘wall’ and complete the course alongside them. Highlights of the day were Katie, Freya and Humaira tackling the ‘A Frame’ bars, Nadia scaling 3 different types of vertical wall first time, Isabelle, Aina and Allegra grappling with the upturned punch bags to race across the foam pit.
We learned lessons about ourselves – Year 11 showed courage, determination and a drive for excellence as well as having fun with their friends.
