Jeans for Genes Day

Braeside School held a non-school uniform day to mark ‘Jeans for Genes Day’. Pupils donated money to the charity in order to wear their own clothes with an item (or few) of denim. The charity raises money for research into genetic diseases and conditions (some of which pupils have learned about in Science). All the staff and pupils took part to support the charity and the Charity Committee were responsible for collecting the money and advertising the event in school.
