After much anticipation Year 4 finally turned their bridge designs into reality this week in D&T. The children have been working hard to build bridges, using items brought in form home to help with the building.
After lots of careful planning they cut, covered and constructed to build their own bridges. It was fantastic to see lots of pair and team work going on, with everyone helping each other to assemble parts and get their bridges just right. Next week the class will have the excitement of seeing whether the bridges will allow a toy car to successfully cross the ‘classroom river’!
