Year 3 recently had a trip to the Natural History Museum as part of their ‘Active Planet’ topic. They had a Volcano workshop where they had the chance to use seismometers, make lava and help evacuate a city from a volcanic disaster. Next they had the chance to visit the Museums Earthquake and Volcano areas where they took part in interactive activities, experienced an earthquake and learnt lots of new facts!
