Last Friday the Juniors did a great job of raising money for Children in Need by bringing their favourite teddy bear to school for the day along with a donation. Bears of all different shapes and sizes joined pupils in their classrooms for a day of learning. Some of the year groups then completed some special teddy bear related work to help make their bears feel extra welcome.
Year 4 completed some bear-y special baking. Taking Children in Need as inspiration they created their very own Pudsey Bear shortbread biscuits. All of the pupils helped to weigh, prepare and cut the biscuits, before carefully decorating the finished product.
