Pupils from Year 1 to Year 11 have taken part in the service this year at St James’ United Reformed Church. The Senior Fusion Band (years 6-11) were playing instruments and singing some Christmas favourites, senior guitarists were accompanying the Junior Choir. There were congregational hymns, secular readings from LAMDA students and also Bible readings. The service ended with a multi-faith prayer that was written and read aloud by the Year 10 GCSE Religious Studies group. This was a fun and festive way to get the school community together.
