8 of the senior girls travelled to Bedford for the annual ISA London North Cross Country competition. The recent wet weather added extra challenge to the course and they should all be extremely proud of their efforts.
Special mentions must go to Lola in year 7 as this was her first year at the event and she came a very respectable 35th, Eva in year 8 who came 25th out of approximately 70 other runners in her age group, Daisy who ran brilliantly in a very strongly contested year 9 and 10 competition and came 15th and a MASSIVE congratulations must go to Jessica who came 2nd in the year 11 girls race, this is a great achievement and she goes onto represent Braeside in the National Finals in Nottingham on the 20th March, we wish her the best of luck!
