Ayla’s Work For HOPE

Year 11 pupil, Ayla, was hard at work during the lockdown period and was appointed as the HR Director for a children’s company called HOPE. She has been working alongside other young people who have developed an educational App for teachers made by children. The story was even covered by Newsround earlier this month and Ayla has had the chance to work in London and also with young people all over the world. Ayla said, “Joining HOPE was a chance for me to explore the world of creative media in a way that could really make a difference. The organization’s core values inspire everyone who gets involved, always keeping children’s educational experience at the forefront of the working day.”

Ayla has also written a blog for Voice at the Table, a Diversity & Inclusion Consultancy focusing on women, about her experience at HOPE, which you can read here.

Well done Ayla!
