Year 4 travelled to the Olympic Park where they got to take part in a cycling session at the velodrome to improve their bike handling and safety when riding, this was an amazing opportunity to get to cycle on the same track as some of the best cyclists in the world.
They then walked over to the orbital where the pupils had the opportunity (if brave enough!) to go down the slide as well as seeing some amazing views of London. Year 4 had a picnic lunch and spent the afternoon playing in the parks in the sunshine. After a busy day, they returned to school for pizza and time to relax around the fire pit before watching a film and sleeping in the school!
