Years 4, 5 and 6 visited the Lea Bridge Road Mosque to see an Islamic place of worship first hand and to hear a bit more about how worship takes place. They were impressed to hear that this is the largest mosque in East London and can accommodate around 4000 people for prayers at any given time. They also discussed some of the important features of the mosque and heard more about how prayers are conducted.
