Year 7 are exploring the circus this term and studying the French artist Toulouse Lau-Trec. Toulouse was a very unusual but influential artist of the 19th century. We started with a discussion and concluded that Toulouse was drawn to the circus because of the magical excitement, energy and colours he found there. Great work!
