On Friday 7 July we held our annual Speech Day and Prize Giving, the perfect opportunity to celebrate the many achievements and successes of our pupils throughout the year.
The pupils put on wonderful performances, entertaining the audience of friends and family with instrumentals, lots of singing, solos, and comedic poems from our LAMDA pupils. ‘Touch the Sky’, from our Year 1 to 6 pupils was particularly impressive, as were the ‘Lion King Medley’ by Year 1 to 6, and ‘The Scientist’ by the Key Stage 3 band.
The roles of responsibility for next year were handed out to deserving pupils and our new Head Girl addressed the audience with a touching speech.
Our guest speaker this year was Jacob Forman, Director of the Epping Forest Food Bank. He told us all about the project, his involvement, and the difference that donations make.
It was a fantastic afternoon full of proud pupils, staff, friends and family. Congratulations to all of our prize winners!
