On Thursday 2 February, students from Years 9, 10 and 11 joined schools from across the UK and took part in the UKMT Intermediate Mathematical Challenge. The pupils from each year group are as follows:
Year 9 – Bethany, Sukhmani and Heroshika
Year 10 – Amna, Aneel and Gabriella
Year 11 – Mari-Kate, Jade, Isabelle and Anna
This is a national challenge providing an opportunity for students to think and solve problems in an accessible, but challenging way.
The challenge involves answering 25 multiple-choice questions in one hour and is sat at school under normal exam conditions.
